Software Engineer - React.js/Next.js

We at Codeyoung are looking for a kickass Developer with solid experience on React and Frontend to join our high-energy and nimble team of engineers. What You Will Do

Code, develop design, and architect features related to the existing applications and new upcoming ones
Converting product requirements into development plans and taking complete ownership of execution
You will continuously evaluate relevant technologies and influence architecture and design discussions
Participate in projects planning with other team members and guide junior developers
Shape the development culture, implement best practices and collaborate on research for new products and technologies

What You Will Need

Strong hands-on experience with React.js and related libraries/frameworks.
Strong command over HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles with the ability to create pixel-perfect, cross-browser, and mobile-friendly user interfaces.
Expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+) with deep understanding of core concepts such as closures, promises, async/await, and modular programming.
Proficient in debugging and performance optimization with the Ability to diagnose and resolve frontend bottlenecks to deliver a seamless user experience.
Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and experience collaborating with designers to deliver user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
High ownership, Hunger for delivery and can-do attitude
Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance

Bonus

Experience in server-side rendering (SSR) with frameworks like Next.js.
Experience in developing mobile applications using React Native
