Head of Artificial Intelligence

We’re hiring a Head of AI to lead enterprise AI adoption and turn emerging technologies into real business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and leadership—driving both innovation and execution at scale.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the organisation’s AI and GenAI direction, aligned to business priorities
• Identify and deliver high-impact use cases across functions (e.g. operations, customer, revenue)
• Lead end-to-end AI solution delivery—from concept to scaled production
• Build and manage a high-performing AI / data science team and COE model
• Partner closely with business and tech stakeholders to embed AI into decision-making
• Establish best practices across model development, deployment, and governance
• Drive responsible AI adoption, including risk, compliance, and ethical considerations
• Stay ahead of AI trends and translate them into practical business opportunities

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in AI, data, or advanced analytics, with leadership exposure
• Proven track record delivering AI initiatives at scale in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, and modern data platforms (cloud preferred)
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and influencing business strategy
• Familiarity with AI governance, risk, and regulatory considerations
• Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering); advanced degree preferred
