Project Manager – Front Office Technology & AI Transformation

Location: Singapore

We are partnering with a leading buy-side financial services organisation undergoing a major front-office technology transformation programme across trading systems, data infrastructure, and AI-enabled capabilities.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across front-office technology, data warehouse modernisation, cloud architecture, and AI deployment. The role will sit at the intersection of business, technology, and investment operations, working closely with portfolio managers, traders, quants, data teams, and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of front-office technology projects across trading, portfolio management, risk, and investment platforms.
• Manage complex system implementations, integrations, and transformation initiatives within a buy-side environment.
• Drive the build-out and enhancement of enterprise data warehouse and data platform capabilities.
• Partner with engineering and architecture teams on cloud transformation initiatives and scalable platform design.
• Support the deployment and integration of AI/ML-driven solutions into front-office workflows and operational processes.
• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to define project scope, delivery roadmaps, budgets, and governance frameworks.
• Manage third-party vendors, technology partners, and system integrators where required.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic business objectives.

Salary Range: SGD 180,000 Base + Strong Bonus

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering front-office technology projects within asset management, hedge funds, investment management, or broader capital markets environments.
• Strong understanding of front-office systems implementation, trading platforms, OMS/EMS, portfolio systems, or investment data platforms.
• Experience managing enterprise data warehouse or large-scale data transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to AI deployment, machine learning initiatives, or advanced analytics projects within financial services environments.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and modern cloud-based technology environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business teams.
• Domain knowledge within the buy-side is highly preferred.
• Experience working within Agile, hybrid, or enterprise delivery environments.

Desirable Experience

• Exposure to quantitative platforms, market data, or investment analytics environments.
• Familiarity with data governance, enterprise architecture, or modern data engineering concepts.
• Understanding of emerging AI technologies and their application within investment management.
