Network Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

Installation & Deployment

• Perform installation, additions, changes, and relocation (IMAC) of network and IT equipment.
• Support onsite implementation, migration activities, and Day-1 operational readiness.
• Conduct basic site surveys, staging, rack mounting, cabling, and device installations.
• Configure basic network settings to enable remote access and connectivity.
• Prepare implementation reports and maintain relevant documentation.

Technical Support & Maintenance

• Support deployment and ongoing maintenance of equipment such as routers, LAN switches, wireless LAN and access points, firewalls, UPS, and other IT infrastructure.
• Provide both onsite and remote technical support for customer environments.
• Participate in on-call and standby rotations (24x7x4 SLA support when required).
• Troubleshoot hardware and network-related issues efficiently.
• Replace faulty hardware and perform firmware/software upgrades.
• Handle RMA processes and coordinate equipment replacements.
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with technologies and vendors such as Cisco, Meraki, Huawei, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Microsoft is advantageous.
