Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Systems Manager & Rollout Lead to oversee the nationwide implementation and rollout of QPTTS & EPN platforms across Qatar. The role involves managing system deployment across hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies while ensuring seamless integration, stakeholder coordination, and operational readiness. The ideal candidate should possess strong healthcare systems knowledge, project management expertise, and experience handling large-scale implementations.

Mandatory Requirements & Qualification:

• Experience:
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in healthcare systems implementation and project management
• Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Informatics, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or related field
• Technical Skills: Experience in healthcare systems rollout and implementation
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Knowledge of pharmacy systems and healthcare operations
• Experience with system integration and operational readiness planning
• Ability to manage multi-site deployments across healthcare facilities
• Mandatory Criteria: Proven experience leading large-scale healthcare or pharmacy system rollouts
• Experience coordinating with hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• GCC/Qatar healthcare sector experience preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end rollout of QPTTS & EPN platforms across Qatar
• Manage implementation activities across hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and operational readiness
• Monitor system integration, testing, and issue resolution processes
• Ensure project timelines, compliance standards, and rollout objectives are achieved
• Provide implementation support, training coordination, and post-go-live assistance
