JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible to manage, lead and define the data operations and BI insights. The role will manage the analysis of the complex healthcare datasets, generate actionable insights, and apply techniques that solve business problems related to data. Drive strategic data decision-making across Naufar using data analytics and decision-making frameworks. The role will work closely with clinical departments (technical and non-technical) to leverage data, BI and AI to optimize operations and enhance decision-making with the use of data.


Description:

  • Manage data Operations including data collections, analysis and processing Statistical data (Naufar KPI) and reports, on periodic and ad hoc basis for management and clinical departments
  • Analyze complex healthcare data sets and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Critically Identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business data objectives (Quantitative and Qualitative data)
  • Supervise technical and functional team indirectly to deliver data solutions with Cross departments collaboration providing guidance and mentorship
  • Play a significant role in the planning of the overall organizational data strategy and shaping and executing Naufar data-driven strategy.
  • Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish process to reflect the same.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover business opportunities and risks, providing actionable recommendations in regard to data and reporting requirements.
  • Facilitating data workshops to gather business requirements with multiple stakeholders and delivering value through data and produce required documentation to capture the requirements.
  • Lead, contribute and maintain the development of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, integrity and privacy in compliance with standards, regulations and strategic intent.
  • Identify and explore opportunities for automation and optimization using AI and data analytics and validations.
  • Develop and document data strategy and models or views that show how the current and future needs of the Naufar will be met in an efficient, agile, and adaptable manner.
  • Other Duties as directed.


Professional/Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare or informatics, Data Science or other related fields.
  • Master’s degree desirable.


Experience:

  • At least 6+ years total work experience out of which two years relevant to Healthcare.
