Your Role at Cabot
In this role, you will support day-to-day recruitment activities across the EMEA and North America (NA) regions, helping the team run an efficient and well-organized hiring process, as part of the Global Talent Acquisition Team at Cabot.
You will work closely with recruiters and gain practical exposure to how recruitment works in an international company, including coordination, systems, and candidate support activities.
This role is suitable for someone who is interested in starting a career in Human Resources and would like to build a solid understanding of Talent Acquisition in a global environment.

Your Role at Cabot
In this role, you will support day-to-day recruitment activities across the EMEA and North America (NA) regions, helping the team run an efficient and well-organized hiring process, as part of the Global Talent Acquisition Team at Cabot.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Coordinate interview logistics across the recruitment process, including scheduling phone, video, and onsite interviews.
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with interview preparation and coordination activities.
- Manage candidate and recruitment data in Workday and other internal systems.
- Prepare and update recruitment-related documents and templates as needed.
- Support sourcing activities and help maintain talent pipelines.
- Communicate with candidates to ensure smooth and positive experience.
- Collect and document interview feedback and support recruitment administration.
- Provide general administrative and ad hoc support to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and a structured working style.
- Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Interest in Human Resources and recruitment processes.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems and ways of working.
- Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Availability to work full-time for 6 months.
- Temporary 4 - 6 months contract
- Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30
- Hybrid work schedule (3 days on site and 2 days’ work from home).
- Salary: 780 EUR Gross.
- Hands-on experience within an international Talent Acquisition team.
- Exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes in a global organization.
- Practical experience working with Workday and recruitment coordination tools.
- Close collaboration with experienced HR and Talent Acquisition professionals.
