With a £170 million turnover and a loyal customer base my client is a well-established name in the fashion industry. Recently they have broadened their appeal by introducing inclusive ranges achieving a remarkable customer retention rate of 40% in the competitive fashion sector.


This transformation represents a bold step forward, aiming to expand product offerings, drive customer engagement, and create a platform that connects diverse sellers with a loyal customer base. To lead this evolution, my client has invested in a talented Chief Product Officer to align its processes with modern digital standards and ensure its marketplace strategy is positioned for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver innovative product solutions.
  • Utilise both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision-making and identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Conduct independent data research and derive actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain detailed user stories and user journey maps to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Lead the prioritisation of product features and initiatives using appropriate frameworks and tools.
  • Facilitate stakeholder management, effectively communicating and aligning diverse teams and perspectives.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering and analysing feedback to inform the product roadmap.
  • Monitor product performance and success metrics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
