Infrastructure Engineer

I'm partnered with a leading proprietary trading firm in Amsterdam looking for a Linux Performance Engineer to join their infrastructure team.

Responsibilities

• Optimising Linux systems in a high-performance environment
• Supporting low-latency tuning across CPU, memory, and networking
• Contributing to time synchronisation across systems
• Working with high-performance networking technologies
• Building and improving automation and deployment processes
• Enhancing system monitoring and performance visibility

This is you

• Experience in Linux, SRE, or performance engineering
• Strong understanding of Linux systems and infrastructure
• Exposure to performance optimisation or low-latency environments
• Scripting experience (e.g. Bash, Python)
• Familiarity with automation and CI/CD tools

Bonus

• Experience working in the trading / financial services environment
• Docker / Kubernetes (non-critical workloads)
