About One.com

one.com is part of group.one, a leading European group helping millions of customers succeed online through domains, hosting, website tools, digital marketing services and SaaS solutions. Since 2002, we have been helping more than 2 million customers in 150+ countries build their online presence – from small businesses to ambitious entrepreneurs.

About The Role

We are looking for a multi‑faceted Digital Designer (UX/UI) with a strong understanding of e‑commerce performance and conversion to collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, product, storefront, and development.

In this role, you will translate user needs and business goals into high‑performing landing pages, campaign concepts, and visual designs for the one.com brand.

This is a hands‑on role that combines visual execution with UX thinking and conversion logic. You will design, test, iterate, and optimise — owning both how things look and how well they perform from a commercial perspective.

You are comfortable producing assets end‑to‑end, from early wireframes and UI design to final, production‑ready visuals.

Driven by data, you use practical research and experimentation methods (A/B testing, analytics, heatmaps, user insights) to validate and improve your work, always focusing on actionable improvements to conversion and user experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and optimise landing pages, storefront pages, and campaign assets
  • Improve user journeys by reducing friction and increasing clarity
  • Translate insights and briefs into strong visual and UX solutions
  • Actively contribute to CRO initiatives through testing and iteration
  • Balance branding, usability, and commercial performance
  • Work hands‑on in Figma to deliver production‑ready designs
  • Own initiatives independently while collaborating closely with stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams

Profile needed to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience as a designer in e‑commerce, marketing, or SaaS environments
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating digital design and execution
  • Experience working with analytics, experimentation, and insight tools (e.g., GA¤, VWO, FullStory, ContentSquare, Hotjar, or similar)
  • Proven ability to translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions
  • Strong understanding of e‑commerce, conversion principles, and user‑centric design
  • Expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
  • Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and development
  • Strong advocate for customer‑centric and performance‑driven design
  • Strong stakeholder management skills from concept through implementation
  • Excellent English communication skills

Nice to have

  • Hands‑on mindset and enthusiasm for solving problems
  • Experience designing for performance, acquisition, or optimisation initiatives
  • Experience in fast‑paced environments with frequent iteration and feedback
  • Familiarity with design systems and component‑based workflows
  • Interest in branding, art direction, or visual storytelling beyond pure execution
  • Experience designing with a strong focus on conversion, acquisition, or commercial impact
  • Experience designing for paid media or acquisition funnels
  • Strong sense of aesthetics with high attention to visual quality
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

Practical details

  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Working hours: Full-time
  • Location: Hybrid role based in one of the group.one offices (Amsterdam, Berlin, Malmö, or Copenhagen as preferred offices)
  • Application deadline: 01.06.2026
