Responsibilities:

• Act as Scrum Master for agile teams, ensuring the correct application of Scrum practices and principles
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives)
• Support Product Owners in backlog management, prioritization and refinement
• Remove impediments and foster a continuous improvement culture within teams
• Promote collaboration between development teams and stakeholders
• Monitor team performance through agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, etc.)
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile, Scrum and best practices
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and team delivery
• Support change management and agile transformation initiatives
• Organize and deliver training sessions and workshops when required

Requirements:

• +10 years of experience as Project Manager or Scrum Master
• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management or a related field
• Scrum Master certification (PSM II or A‑CSM)
• Proven experience working on AI-related products or projects
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and frameworks
• Experience facilitating workshops and training sessions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency
• Availability to go to the office, once or twice per week
