About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our technical hiring efforts in Slovenia and across our hubs. As a key member of our Global People & Culture team, you will be the driving force behind attracting the engineering talent that builds our world-class advertising technology. This role is perfect for a recruitment expert who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment and possesses a deep understanding of the local and international developer landscape.

What will you do?

• End-to-End (Technical) Recruiting: Manage the full hiring lifecycle for complex technical roles (Software Engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, and Product) primarily for our Ljubljana hub.
• Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced techniques, including Boolean searches and X-raying, across platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow to find top-tier passive talent.
• Leadership Partnering: Act as a talent advisor to our engineering leadership, optimize interview processes that ensure high-quality hires and a seamless candidate experience.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends in the region to inform hiring strategies and measure results.
