We are looking for Senior Android Engineers to work with our cross-functional team and join our world-class community of talented experts in Romania.

For this position you should be able to check the following:

• Strong understanding of Kotlin syntax, Jetpack Compose, features and best practices
• Experience with Android SDK, architecture components and frameworks
• Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and understanding JSON/XML, GraphQL
• Cloud & Infrastructure: GCP Cloud Run, Memorystore, CloudSQL
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Terraform
• Testing: Jest, JUnit
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications.
• Familiarity with continuous integration, source control, and testing best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for complex troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

A day in the life of an Android Software Engineer:

• Develop highly scalable enterprise systems
• Participate in code and design reviews to ensure consistency in architecture and design/code practice
• Code with performance, scalability, and usability in mind
• Work on new tools in leading industry trends, with new and emerging technologies, prototypes, and engineering process improvements
• Work closely with next-generation architecture development teams using cutting-edge approaches and technologies
• Work closely with other engineers and business users in a highly collaborative environment.
