Job description
The role focuses on AWS-based platforms and Java services.
This position is remote for candidates based in other cities in Romania. Candidates based in Suceava are expected to work on-site at our office.
Are you the one we’re looking for?
- Minimum 5 years experience with:
- AWS (ASG, S3, IAM, RDS, Route53, EKS, SSO)
- Experience designing and managing multi-account / multi-region AWS architectures
- Kubernetes (K8s)
- Terraform / Terragrunt
- Helm
- Docker / Containerization Concepts
- Git
- Linux administration
- Scripting (Bash / Python)
- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Azure DevOps)
- Networking fundamentals
- Java development or strong understanding of Java applications
What extra skills help?
- AWS Certifications (DevOps / Solutions Architect)
- Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- SQL / NoSQL basics
- Microservices architecture
- Configuration management tools (Ansible / Chef / Puppet)
- Experience designing disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
- Strong knowledge of OOP and software engineering concepts
