Role description:

This role will form an integral part of our Global Excellence Centre (GEC) – Arcadis’ centralized and fully integrated project delivery group. Our GEC is made up of more than 3,000 talented individuals working in offices across Romania, India and Philippines, providing Capability, Capacity and a Competitive Advantage across a wide array of unique projects and services, in collaboration with our global businesses.

The MEPF Discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) in the GECs is comprised of cross-functional teams, that contribute to the development of innovative MEPF solutions that optimize energy efficiency, sustainability, and occupant comfort. Our ability to effectively manage projects, assess client needs, and provide technical guidance is crucial in delivering successful outcomes, using the most innovative way of doing computational design.

Role accountabilities:

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan, ARCADIS and international standards, and participate in their creation or adjustment when needed.
• Guarantee quality across geometry, information, and documentation, coordinating federated models for clash detection and project workflows.
• Initiate and guide BIM modellers, generate model outputs, and coach colleagues throughout the BIM process and projects.
• Analyze client BIM requirements, monitor and optimize BIM workflows, and promote BIM initiatives within ARCADIS and digital communities.
• Seek, evaluate, and implement new BIM tools and process improvements in project delivery.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience:

Mandatory:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Building Services, or Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of MEP experience, with a basic understanding of architecture and structure.
• Proficient in Revit (including family creation, modeling, scheduling), Navisworks Manager, IFC viewer software, and CDE platforms (especially ACC) , eager to learn automation and digitalization.
• Strong English language skills (written and verbal).
  
  

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Information Management ISO 19650, model review software (BimTrack, Solibri), Dynamo, and other industry software and their interactions.
