Job Title: Java / Node.js Support & Development Engineer (L2/L3 Support)

Job Location: Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid)

Job Type: 6-Month Contract

Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 application support and development for Java & Node.js applications
• Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and production support
• Work with Oracle databases and backend integrations
• Monitor applications using observability/APM tools and resolve alerts proactively
• Follow ITIL processes and manage tickets through ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
• Support critical incidents and ensure system stability in a 24x7 operational environment
