QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Programming, or a related field (preferred),
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system and network administration,
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, and VMware ESXi,
• Experience with smart switch management, VLAN configuration, and network segmentation,
• Solid understanding of network topology, subnetting, and IP planning,
• Experience with backup and restore solutions (Veeam, NAS, QNAP),
• Basic knowledge of Linux systems,
• Experience with Zabbix, ESET Protect, Google Workspace Admin Console, and Microsoft 365,
• Basic automation or scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python),
• Awareness of ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and ISO 9001 standards,
• Interest in information security, compliance, and continuous improvement,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills,
• Good command of written and reading English, especially for technical documentation.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage, maintain, and monitor Windows Server–based systems to ensure uninterrupted service continuity,
• Administer and support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO environments,
• Install, configure, and monitor virtual machines in VMware ESXi environments,
• Manage smart switch devices, including port configurations, VLAN assignments, and network segmentation,
• Monitor network and server performance using Zabbix or similar tools, proactively identifying risks and bottlenecks,
• Manage Veeam backup and restore operations,
• Administer endpoint protection and threat management via ESET Protect,
• Manage users, groups, and devices on Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 platforms,
• Perform hardware maintenance, disk replacements, and firmware updates,
• Actively participate in cybersecurity, vulnerability assessment, and ISO 27001 compliance processes,
• Maintain up-to-date infrastructure documentation, network topology diagrams, and configuration records,
• Act as a key stakeholder in infrastructure reliability supporting Merzigo’s digital media and monetization platforms.
