Role Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing IT projects within scope, timeline, and budget. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects (software development, infrastructure, digital solutions)
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress
• Manage internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 7–10 years of experience in project management
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in digital transformation projects
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
