Role Summary:

We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement across our global trading platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working across teams, and improving user experiences in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

You’ll work on both frontend and backend features related to onboarding, compliance, customer acquisition, search and discovery and support—helping us scale effectively as we expand internationally.

What would be your Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyse performance data and conduct user research to identify areas for improvement
• Develop product requirements based on data, competitor analysis and business needs to boost user growth and retention
• Coordinate between China-based development and overseas regulated entities, ensuring seamless integration of international business requirements
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure high product quality across releases

What we Require from you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 1 – 3 years of experience in product management preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear and effective communication skills, across diverse teams
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to work with stakeholders who speak only Mandarin)
• Familiarity with trading platforms and financial instruments is a plus
