UI/UX Designer

Position: UI/UX Designer

Compensation: $ 45 - 55 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
• Design user interfaces consistent with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with product managers and developers
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions
• Maintain design systems and style guides
• Stay updated with latest design trends and tools

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years related experience or equivalent
• 3-5 years of UI/UX design experience
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience in a technology product environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
