The Role:
This position has been designed to address the current need for dedicated ownership of F&B creativity, activations, partnerships, and end-to-end campaign execution across all venues. The role would act as the central link between Food & Beverage Operations, Marketing, PR, Digital, Revenue, and Finance to ensure all initiatives are strategically planned, commercially effective, and flawlessly executed.

The Role:
This position has been designed to address the current need for dedicated ownership of F&B creativity, activations, partnerships, and end-to-end campaign execution across all venues. The role would act as the central link between Food & Beverage Operations, Marketing, PR, Digital, Revenue, and Finance to ensure all initiatives are strategically planned, commercially effective, and flawlessly executed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive creativity and innovation across all F&B outlets.
- Develop and manage the annual, quarterly, and monthly activations calendar.
- Lead festive programming, seasonal campaigns, pop-ups, and signature events.
- Source and manage strategic collaborations, guest chefs, mixologists, and external partners.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle of campaigns from concept through execution and post-analysis.
- Ensure all approvals, formalities, permits, and internal processes are completed efficiently.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with all relevant departments to ensure readiness and timely delivery.
- Work closely with PR and Digital teams to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Measure campaign ROI, business impact, and guest response.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure activations are executed to brand standards.
- Support growth in covers, guest traffic, average spend, and overall F&B revenue.
- Proven experience within luxury hospitality or high-end restaurants
- A strong aesthetic sensibility with a passion for storytelling and brand building
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects with precision and discretion
- Commercially minded, with a keen understanding of market trends and guest expectations
- A natural collaborator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
