We are looking for a Project Manager, experienced with art and creative production sectors to join a stylized game project. The role involves coordinating a high volume of art production tasks, managing communication between multiple stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining visual quality and pipeline efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in art project management or creative production within the game development industry.
  • Practical experience coordinating 2D/3D artists, UI artists, technical artists, and outsource/co-dev teams.
  • Understanding of art production pipelines: concept art, 3D modeling, texturing, animation, UI production, integration, and review workflows.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and milestone-based production.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, and other production management tools.
  • Experience in organizing task tracking, prioritizing tasks, and controlling art deliverables.
  • Strong communication skills and experience interacting with clients, art leads, producers, and outsource partners.
  • English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • Understanding of art production specifics and dependencies between different art disciplines.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple art streams simultaneously and maintain a stable production flow.
  • Experience in identifying production risks, blockers, and timely problem escalation.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and quality control of deliverables.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic production environment with changing priorities and scope.
  • Experience in preparing production reports, status updates, and milestone tracking.
  • Understanding of feedback/review pipelines and organizing effective communication between the art team and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring a stable and predictable art production pipeline throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Delivering milestone deliverables on time and according to quality expectations.
  • Maintaining effective communication between the art team, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Timely identification of production risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks.
  • Ensuring the relevance and accuracy of production documentation, task tracking, and reporting.
  • Maintaining a high level of satisfaction among clients and internal teams.
  • Optimizing internal production processes and improving art pipeline efficiency.
  • Ensuring production status transparency and timely escalation of critical issues.

Would Be a Plus

  • Experience working with outsource/co-development art teams.
  • Basic understanding of game engine technical constraints and art content integration into the production pipeline.
  • Presentation, meeting facilitation, and production sync management skills.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to effectively coordinate teams without micromanagement.
  • Experience working with distributed teams and in multi-project environments.
