Formatter/Designer

A leading sell-side research house in India is looking for an experienced Formatter and Designer to format/design equity research publications and marketing collaterals.

Experience:

• Minimum 5-10 years
• Prior exposure to sell-side research, financial publishing or capital markets desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Format equity research reports, earnings notes, presentations and other internal publications
• Ensure consistency with house templates, branding, disclosures and compliance standards
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, event decks, invitations and presentations
• Work closely with editors, analysts and marketing teams under tight deadlines

Skills & Requirements

• Strong proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator
• Familiarity with financial research documents (tables, charts, disclosures, etc.)
• Exposure to AI-based design or formatting tools is an added advantage
• Attention to detail, strong visual sense and ability to deliver quality output under pressure
