About The Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX designer to join our dynamic team at NeuroDrift. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in making enterprise AI accessible and intuitive for our users. You will be responsible for designing seamless, user-friendly interfaces for our AI products and internal platforms, ensuring that complex workflows and AI infrastructure are translated into clear, usable designs. This role requires a creative problem solver with a strong foundation in UX principles, a deep understanding of design systems, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including founders, product managers, and engineers. The candidate should also be comfortable leveraging GenAI tools for rapid prototyping and design iteration, ensuring our solutions are both innovative and practical.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience, preferably within a startup, agency, or fast-paced tech environment.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing UX principles, UI craftsmanship, and experience working with mature design systems.
• Deep proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, design tokens, and scalable systems. Ability to mentor team members on best practices.
• Experience with prompting and debugging GenAI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and others to produce and refine HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript prototypes.
• Strong client empathy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to defend design decisions with data and UX principles.
• Working knowledge of AI design and development assistants, no-code builders, and frontend integration processes.
• Self-motivated with a get-it-done attitude, comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, production-quality user interfaces for enterprise AI products, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and internal teams.
• Adapt and extend existing client design systems, maintaining brand consistency while enhancing user flows with a sharp UX focus.
• Translate complex enterprise workflows, including AI and voice infrastructure concepts such as agent builders, real-time analytics, multi-tenant configurations, and observability, into accessible interfaces for non-technical users.
• Collaborate closely with founders, product managers, and business analysts to convert business requirements into wireframes, user journeys, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Utilize GenAI tools to rapidly turn static designs into interactive prototypes, enabling quick testing and iteration.
• Generate clean, production-ready HTML, CSS, and JavaScript snippets for handoff and prototyping, ensuring compatibility with in-house frontend stacks and no-code environments.
• Participate in client meetings as the design voice, presenting and defending design choices based on UX principles and data insights.
• Work seamlessly across external client projects and internal product development sprints, maintaining flexibility and focus on delivering high-quality designs.
