Position: Project Management Specialist

Type: Part-time, Contract

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI development teams to provide expert insights on project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Develop and review AI training materials that reflect best practices across diverse industries.
• Translate complex project management scenarios into clear, data-rich examples for AI model enhancement.
• Guide technical staff and serve as a client-facing lead to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Articulate the nuances of effective team leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder communication for AI learning modules.
• Continuously evaluate and refine AI outputs to ensure relevance, accuracy, and practical value.

Requirements

• Have proven experience in end-to-end project management across various industries and project scales.
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to break down complex concepts.
• Demonstrate success in team management and guiding cross-functional groups.
• Have strong organizational and analytical capabilities, including resource and budget management.
• Have expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, and adaptive planning in evolving project landscapes.
