Full Stack Engineer

Our client is an early-stage startup based in Geneva, currently scaling its product and technical environment.

They are looking for an experience Fullstack Developer with an entrepreneurial mindset capable of supporting the company through its next growth phase. This is a highly hybrid role combining fullstack development, technical leadership, cloud and DevOps topics, architecture, product vision, governance, and team support.

The position is permanent and internal.

Your Profile:

• Strong experience in fullstack development with .NET and Angular
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple topics simultaneously
• Good understanding of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD practices
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable in fast-moving environments
• Strong ownership mentality and startup mindset
• Comfortable collaborating directly with business stakeholders and contributing beyond pure development
• Previous experience in startups or small agile structures is a strong plus
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of a small team using using .NET and Angular
• Take ownership of key technical decisions, from architecture to production
• Contribute across the full product lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment
• Improve scalability, performance, code quality, and maintainability
• Participate in cloud and DevOps evolution projects
• Support and guide the technical team
• Contribute to the long-term technical vision and product evolution

Salary range: CHF100'000+ / year +
