💡 Shape lending products that directly impact customer outcomes
📊 Turn data and insights into smarter, more competitive solutions
🤝 Collaborate across the business to drive real product improvements
Be part of shaping how we deliver smarter, more seamless lending experiences for our customers.
As a Product Manager – Lending, you’ll play a key role in evolving our lending portfolio — balancing performance, compliance, and customer outcomes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll identify opportunities to improve how our products perform, how they’re experienced, and how they stand out in market.
This is a role for someone who enjoys connecting the dots — turning insights into action, spotting opportunities others might miss, and helping move ideas from concept to delivery.
What will your key responsibilities include?
- Drive improvements across our lending products by identifying opportunities to enhance performance, processes, and customer experience
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to prioritise and deliver product and process enhancements
- Contribute to marketing and campaign strategies, with a focus on improving lead conversion and engagement
- Support the end-to-end product lifecycle — from optimisation through to compliance and performance tracking
- Keep a close eye on market trends and competitor activity to identify gaps and new opportunities
- Contribute to cross-sell initiatives and revenue opportunities across our product suite
- Support the development of campaigns, content and collateral that align to our brand and customer promise
What are we looking for?
- Experience in product management (or a closely related field), with exposure to product lifecycle and performance management
- Strong analytical capability — you’re comfortable using data to inform decisions and shape recommendations
- A curious mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at different levels
- Strong organisation and delivery skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative approach, with a track record of building effective working relationships
- Experience in retail banking or lending products (desirable)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or a related field (desirable)
- Risk and governance aware, with experience operating within in a regulated environment
