New Product Development Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and commercially driven New Product Development Manager to join a growing organisation within the FMCG, Health & Wellness, Consumer Products sector.

This role will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development of innovative products, from concept creation through to commercial launch and go-to-market execution. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving innovation, identifying market opportunities, and delivering commercially successful product launches aligned with business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the annual NPD and innovation roadmap

• Identify emerging market trends, consumer insights, and product opportunities

• Lead product innovation, concept development, and commercialization activities

• Coordinate packaging development and brand positioning initiatives

• Manage end-to-end NPD project timelines and cross-functional stakeholder engagement

• Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, Operations, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams

• Partner with manufacturers and suppliers to support production and commercialization

• Monitor launch performance, commercial outcomes, and ROI metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Nutrition, Food Science, or a related discipline

• 3–8+ years’ experience within NPD, product innovation, brand management, or GTM-focused roles

• Prior experience within FMCG, health supplements, wellness, beauty, or consumer goods industries preferred

• Strong understanding of product commercialization, branding, packaging development, and launch execution

• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities

• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
