The Mission: Guardian of the "When" and the "Fit" 🛡️

As the operational "right hand" of the Product team, you will streamline our organization, ensure a steady release cadence, and serve as the primary point of contact for high-impact client projects.

Key Responsibilities ⚙️

1. Orchestrator of the Organization (50%) 📅

• Roadmap Management: Translate strategic priorities into a concrete and realistic execution plan.
• Sprint Cadence: Set the pace of sprints, remove blockers, and track progress in close collaboration with developers and leadership.
• Quality & Process: Ensure each release meets our standards and continuously improve our tracking tools and methods (Jira).

2. Product Arbitration & Strategic Project Relay (50%) ⚖️

• Arbitration & Impact: Act as the first filter on incoming requests, evaluating whether they represent core features for the portfolio or specific client needs.
• Effort vs. Value: Assess the impact of requests to integrate them without derailing the roadmap.
• Enterprise Client Interface: Serve as the product expert for major accounts, understanding their financial context (consolidation, reporting, budgets) to propose pragmatic solutions.
• Pressure Management: Handle urgent situations with calm, knowing how to say "no" diplomatically while offering constructive alternatives.

Desired Profile 🧠

• 💼 Experience: 4 to 7 years in Product Management with a strong focus on Delivery or Operations. B2B SaaS experience is a significant plus.
• 💡 Product Sense: You have a genuine ability to distinguish a core feature from a client-specific need in a financial data context.
• 📊 Finance Interest: While you don't need to be a CFO, you can quickly grasp financial concepts to maintain credibility with senior stakeholders.
• 🤝 Mindset: Highly structured, process-oriented, and comfortable interacting with CFOs of large corporations.
• 💻 Technical Literacy: You understand data structures and development constraints.
• 🌍 Languages: Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a bonus.
