Senior Product Designer, Quality in Delivery Consumer App

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the quality of experience across the Bolt Food consumer app. Someone who cares deeply about craft, holds a high bar for what ships, and recognizes that quality is what turns a good product into a great one.

The Quality team's goal is to close the gap between functional and excellent. We find the rough edges, prioritise what matters most to users, and fix things properly.

About The Role

This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who wants to go deep on craft. You'll identify quality gaps across the consumer app and deliver experiences that are polished, consistent, and properly considered. You'll work closely with designers, PMs, and engineers to raise the bar across surfaces. Not just good enough. Actually good.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the quality of experience across the Delivery consumer app.
• Identify and prioritise experience gaps that erode consistency, usability, and visual quality across surfaces.
• Set and maintain the craft standard. Facilitate design reviews and raise the bar for what ships.
• Collaborate closely with designers, PMs, and engineers to ensure quality is a shared ownership, not a final check.
• Prototype and iterate to validate improvements and build alignment across the team.
• Ensure consistency across the full consumer journey, from first touchpoint to post-order
  
  
  

About you:

• You are passionate about craft, with a strong design intuition and the taste to match; you know what good looks like and care deeply about shipping beautiful, usable, and considered experiences.
• You guide through influence. You speak the language of product, earn reliability across functions, and get people aligned around quality work.
• You approach design with an AI-first mindset, proactively using tools to explore faster, iterate smarter, and raise your own output quality.
• You have extensive experience as a Senior or Staff Product Designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional execution, not just strong outcomes.
• You communicate fluently in English and tell a compelling story about your design choices.
• You treat Figma as a baseline, not a differentiator. You prototype with intent and fidelity, are fluent in generative and agentic design workflows, adopt new tools early, and constantly expand what's possible in your process.
