In our ESST factory, you’ll work at the intersection of innovation and industrialization, helping turn ideas into scalable production solutions. As a Production Development Lead, you’ll play a key role in owning, shaping and industrialization of production technologies, assembly concepts, and new production equipment within ESST factory.
What You’ll Do
- Translate product and production requirements into scalable, safe, and efficient technical solutions
- Drive technology standardization, reuse of proven solutions, and contribution to factory technology roadmaps.
- Identify and drive improvements in productivity, cycle time, automation, quality, and cost efficiency
- Drive supplier collaboration, including technical reviews and acceptance activities
- Manage equipment and production development projects end-to-end (scope, requirements, risks, and delivery)
- Act as the main technical interface between cross-functional teams, including Production, Automation Engineering, Manufacturing/Producibility Engineering, Pre-Development and Early Phase.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Background in manufacturing, production, or industrial engineering
- Hands-on experience with automation, assembly processes, or production technologies
- Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills
- Experience managing technical projects, including risk and change management
- Analytical mindset with familiarity in production IT systems (e.g. MES, SAP)
- Understanding of Industry 4.0 and digital production is an advantage
- Fluent English; Estonian and/or Russian is a plus
