Your Role
You will work on the Eclipse Treatment Planning System; a software product used for planning cancer treatments in hospitals worldwide. Our team focuses on developing proton treatment planning–specific features within Eclipse.
In this role, you will take a leading hands-on technical role in Test Automation, with a strong focus on robustness, maintainability, and long-term sustainability of the test systems.

Your Role
You will work on the Eclipse Treatment Planning System; a software product used for planning cancer treatments in hospitals worldwide. Our team focuses on developing proton treatment planning–specific features within Eclipse.
In this role, you will take a leading hands-on technical role in Test Automation, with a strong focus on robustness, maintainability, and long-term sustainability of the test systems.
Your Expertise
- Strong programming skills in C++, C#, and Python, with experience working on production-scale code bases.
- Hands-on experience in writing, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated tests (e.g., unit, integration, system-level tests).
- Proven ability to debug failing tests, identify root causes, and drive fixes to completion.
- Experience in maintaining and evolving test infrastructure (test frameworks, shared utilities, environments, CI integration).
- Demonstrated focus on improving test robustness and stability, including reducing failing tests, improving diagnostics, and increasing reliability of automated test execution.
- Experience in .NET and WPF technologies beneficial, as is algorithm development.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted developer tools to improve productivity and workflows would be a plus.
- Willingness to work on all tasks needed to get the job done, whether they are glamorous or routine.
- Strong sense of responsibility and long-term commitment to Test Automation role and to the quality of the test automation system.
- Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working in a highly regulated, quality-critical environment.
- Collaborative team player who communicates clearly and supports others when needed.
