Job Description

Responsible for L2/L3 support and development of enterprise applications involving Informatica ETL workflows, PL/SQL-based data processing, and backend components developed in C++ and Perl. The role includes troubleshooting, automation, environment support, and platform maintenance across Red Hat Linux 6/7 and Windows Server 2012.

• Experience integrating monitoring platforms with ticketing/notification tools.
• Comfortable with 24×7 operations and on‑call support.
• Hands‑on L2/L3 operations, troubleshooting, and RCA.
• A high degree of initiative and flexibility

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Mandatory skills:

PLSQL

Informatica PowerCenter (ETL workflows, debugging, mapping development)

Shell scripting

C++

Perl scripting
