Project Manager I

We are looking for an Project Manager I (F/M) as a maternity leave replacement.

About the Role

As part of the squad team, Project Manager I manages and contributes to pharma customer project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Project manager as such, manage time, scope, risk, human resources, cost, procurement, integration, communication
• Report to Senior Project manager as Squad Leader on the status of projects managed
• Support and train project coordinators- site managers working on the projects
• On projects managed by SPM and PM II, support them in the study management: edit PSR, organize meetings and write minutes, complete study binder and track training records…
• Reconciliation: Participate in the management of inconsistencies in data, including the editing of reconciliation reports
• Site management: green light of site initiations, preparation of escalation logs, participation in solving problems encountered.
• Backup for squad activities upon training and alignment with the squad lead
• Responsible of working in accordance of PM good practices, ensure applicable procedures are followed.
• Discuss optimization, training and discrepancies management of the discipline with PM Chapter lead

Qualifications

• Education: Scientific education (equiv. Bachelor or Master of Science) or equivalent combination of education
• Experience: 2 years’ professional experience is a minimum, preferably in a medical industry and optimally for clinical trials and/or in relation with medical imaging.
• An academic knowledge of project management is required.

Required Skills

• Knowledge and skills in several of the following areas are required: medical imaging, software engineering, clinical research, statistics, medicine, data management, GCP
• Mastering oral and written English, another language is a plus.
• Good communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to communicate with both the technical and business functional areas.
