As a Senior CRM GoC Manager you will be responsible for the creation and planning of all GoC (Casino and Live Casino) retention-based marketing, monitoring and analysis of campaigns across two platforms and multiple brands. You will help deliver maximum return on investment by delivering purposeful campaigns.

With this position, you are going to:
- Be responsible for both individual campaign creation and the game of chance retention marketing plans across various products
- Deliver on financial and customer-centric KPIs, with a particular focus on campaign planning, execution, and results, ensuring that all CRM efforts are measurable and aligned with business targets
- Take ownership of translating the brand vision into reality through effective retention activities by ensuring the execution of Games of Chance CRM strategies that resonate with the customer base and drive loyalty and engagement
- Oversee end-to-end Games of Chance campaign management, from idea generation, briefing, and resource allocation to analysis, reporting, and optimization, ensuring everything is delivered on time and within budget
- Consistently champion an STP (Segment, Target, Profile) approach to driving relevant & timely communication capable of affecting specific customer behaviours
- Constantly evaluate the GoC campaigns you are running taking a “test, learn & optimise” approach in order to improve efficiency and ROI
- Lead and mentor a high-performing GoC team - you will foster a collaborative environment, ensuring team alignment with business goals and individual professional development
You will help define and champion processes and strategies connected to:
- Customer segmentation and CRM Plan management
- Retention rate optimization and loyalty management
- Working closely with other Marketing channels to ensure that all campaigns are fully optimized and on the site experience and customer journeys are consistent
- Working closely with the product teams and 3rd party providers to ensure our Retention Marketing is aligned to brand strategies
We will be shining together with you if you have/are:
- Experience in planning, creating and executing Games of Chance (Casino and Live Casino) campaigns
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to guide and mentor a team to achieve exceptional results
- A deep understanding of retention marketing and promotional mechanics in iGaming
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time
- A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decision-making
- A creative mindset that drives innovative solutions and approaches to CRM strategies
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills, able to act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related activities across various brands/markets projects
- Knowledge of various marketing channels and best practices in retention
- Fluency in English
