Senior Product Analyst, Driver Experience

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Analyst to join our Driver Experience team and help us scale and improve the experience of millions of drivers across 50 countries.

About The Role

At Bolt, our Driver Experience team is passionate about enabling our drivers to earn a reliable source of income in a safe and trustworthy ecosystem. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to co-lead and guide our efforts in addressing complex challenges in growing and retaining a high-quality driver base.

As a Senior Product Analyst, you’ll be much more than just a data expert. You'll be part of key decision-makers, actively contributing to the success of our mission by shaping the future of mobility and building an amazing end-to-end driver experience.

Your daily adventures will include:

• Discovering new opportunities by conducting exploratory research and identifying what drives the growth and retention of our driver base
• Guiding the end-to-end development of new features from validation, design, experimentation, rollout to learnings and iteration
• Designing, executing and analysing A/B tests; as well as owning and enforcing best practices across the team and organisation
• Designing relevant and actionable metrics to make better and faster decisions
• Conceptualising and developing analytical solutions and self-service data products
• Closely collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers and UX designers to build, prioritise and execute our roadmap
  
  
  

About you:

• You hold a Bachelor and/or Master degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, Business or similar studies
• You have 2+ years of experience working in Product Analytics and/or Data Science
• You rank your SQL skills as “outstanding” & Python/R skills as “profound” and have experience with some BI tools and data visualisation
• You are fluent in English and your verbal & written communication is outstanding
• You have a solid understanding of end-to-end A/B testing, especially in user-based testing scenarios
• You have experience in consumer-facing analytics and a high interest in the bigger picture, the ability to understand and contribute to the product strategy
