We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Key Account Manager to join our team in Helsinki. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our most valuable merchants within E-commerce, ensuring their continued loyalty and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
In order to be successful in this role, you will have worked in a similar position before joining us, managing complex SAAS solutions, preferably in the e-commerce or last-mile space. You have a strategic, tactical, and consultative mindset and you come up with creative solutions to challenges. Moreover, you know how to get things moving in order to produce results. If you have a well-established network within the Finnish e-com space that's great, but more importantly you have the capacity to challenge your partners and merchants in a way that brings actual value to all involved stakeholders and a track record to prove it. About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations exceeded
- Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet clients' changing needs
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favourable to both parties
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Provide regular reports on account performance and communicate effectively with senior management

More About You
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Fluent in Finnish and English
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in key account management or sales
- Proven track record of achieving targets and growing key accounts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales reporting tools
