Our client is a global software company that's been quietly powering some of the world's most important systems for more than 45 years across healthcare, finance, logistics and government.

Their technology sits behind critical platforms used globally, the sort of environments where uptime, scalability and resilience genuinely matter. They're building out a new Kubernetes and cloud engineering function in Dublin and are hiring up to five engineers across Senior, Lead and Principal level roles.

This is a sizeable investment into their cloud-native platform capability, with the team focused on designing, building and evolving large-scale Kubernetes platforms across AWS, Azure and GCP.

Depending on your level, you'll either be heavily involved in the engineering and automation side or operating as a senior technical lead helping define architecture, standards, scalability and long-term platform strategy.

The environment is very engineering-led. Lots of focus around Kubernetes at scale, Infrastructure as Code, observability, automation and platform reliability across mission-critical managed services and SaaS products.

Non-Negotiables

• Kubernetes in large-scale production environments
• AWS, Azure and/or GCP platform engineering
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Helm
• Strong Linux and containerisation experience
• CI/CD and automation tooling
• Kubernetes networking, security and observability
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments
• Ability to operate in highly available production systems
• Senior-level troubleshooting across cloud platforms and Kubernetes
