Who we are looking for

We are looking for a talented Data Analyst for a high-impact project starting immediately. If you have a passion for numbers, a strong business mindset, and the ability to turn complex datasets into strategic decisions, we want to hear from you!

Role Overview

The Data Analyst transforms raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. In this role, you will focus on analysis, reporting, and high-level communication, effectively bridging the gap between data and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Analysis & Trends: Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies to identify growth opportunities.
• Visualization: Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.
• Strategy & KPIs: Translate business questions into data queries, defining and tracking KPIs over time.
• Insights Delivery: Present complex findings in a clear, decision-oriented way to non-technical teams.
• Experimentation: Support experimentation through A/B testing and cohort analysis.

Required Skills

Must-Have (Core Technical & Analytical):

• SQL: Strong, advanced SQL skills are mandatory / non-negotiable.
• Data Visualization: Hands-on experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Data Tools: Familiarity with modern data warehouses (Snowflake, Google BigQuery) and databases.
• Data Prep: Deep knowledge of data cleaning, transformation, and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets).
• Analytics Core: Statistical analysis, understanding of business metrics, and exposure to ETL processes.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills (bridging numbers and strategy), critical thinking, and high attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have:

• Basic programming in Python or R.
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and data modeling basics.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel).
• Experience in fast-paced industries (e.g., SaaS, E-commerce, Hospitality).
