PROJECT MANAGER (HOTEL DEVELOPMENT, ITALY)

Apex Alliance is an international group operating and developing some of the world’s most recognised hotel brands, including Hilton, Marriott and Radisson across Europe. The company has contributed to hotel openings in Italy, Romania, Latvia and Lithuania, with further projects underway in Italy. As the company continues to expand its presence in Italy, it is now looking to appoint a Project Manager.

Core Responsabilities:

•Hotel development project in Italy

•Full project cycle coordination through local project managers — from design and construction to commissioning

•Project planning, leadership and implementation

•Project budget and schedule preparation, accountability for budget execution and cost control

•Oversight of FF&E and OS&E planning, procurement and installation processes

•Brand standards and technical compliance coordination

•Coordination of designers, contractors and suppliers, and schedule management

•Relations with local municipalities and authorities, permit acquisition coordination

•Structured reporting to the Group (weekly / monthly)

Ideal Profile:

•5+ years of project management experience from construction to opening. Experience in hotel development is an advantage

•International exposure; previous experience working abroad is a strong advantage

Familiarity with the Italian construction environment is a strong advantage

•Strong project financial and budget planning and management skills

•Ability to identify and manage project risks

•Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different countries and cultures

•Proficiency in English; Italian is a strong advantage

•Structured and disciplined approach to technical documentation and reporting

•Salary: from 7 900 – 8 200 EUR gross (depending on experience and competencies) + bonuses
