YOUR ROLE

As Head of IT, you will be responsible for both the strategic direction and hands-on operational management of the company’s IT ecosystem. You will ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of all information systems, while driving digital transformation, ERP evolution, and smarter internal processes across the organization.

This role requires a balanced profile: someone capable of defining a clear technology roadmap while remaining close to execution, working directly with a small team responsible for infrastructure, systems administration, and application development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and evolve our IT operations

Ensure reliable IT systems, manage support and infrastructure lifecycle, and maintain strong internal processes and documentation

Ensure security and compliance

Enforce cybersecurity practices, ensuring data protection, risk management, and business continuity

Lead ERP expansion (critical priority)

Own the ERP roadmap and drive the implementation of new modules, improving data, reporting, and integrations

Drive digital transformation, AI & automation

Simplify processes, implement automation, and introduce AI solutions with clear business impact

Lead internal applications

Oversee development priorities and ensure scalable, business-aligned solutions

Shape IT strategy and future capabilities

Align IT with business goals and continuously bring new technologies and improvements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Background & Experience

• Strong experience in IT operations + business applications (ERP mandatory)
• Proven track record in ERP implementation or evolution
• Exposure to digital transformation and process optimisation
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to internal workflows is a plus
• Ability to operate in a hands-on environment with limited resources
• English level B2 (minimum)
