The Project

You will be the catalyst for agility within high-performance teams. In this role, you won't just facilitate meetings; you will guide teams—including those with limited Agile experience—through complex, hybrid, or non-product-oriented environments. Your mission is to build a culture of transparency, trust, and continuous improvement, ensuring that business goals and technical execution are perfectly aligned.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Agile Orchestration: Establish and adapt agile practices to fit the project’s DNA, facilitating planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives with precision.
• Agile Coaching: Mentor team members and leadership on agile principles, fostering a mindset of collaboration and high-performance delivery.
• Backlog & Scope Alignment: Support teams in managing priorities and scope, even in environments that lack a traditional product structure.
• Impediment Removal: Act as the ultimate problem solver, identifying and tearing down organizational or communication barriers that block progress.
• Visibility & Metrics: Create actionable insights using Jira and Azure DevOps, using dashboards to make progress, risks, and performance transparent.
• Cultural Transformation: Drive cultural change by promoting a mindset of reflection, learning, and systemic continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex, distributed environments.
• Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban, with the flexibility to apply them in hybrid or non-product setups.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Azure DevOps, specifically in board configuration, reporting, and workflow optimization.
• A strong ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring everyone moves in the same direction.

Exceptional conflict resolution and cross-team coordination skills.

• Familiarity with agile scaling frameworks or hybrid delivery models is a significant plus.
