Your new role

In this position, you will act as a key contributor within a central analytics team supporting commercial leadership. Your mission will be to transform complex data into actionable insights that enhance strategic decision-making across multiple countries.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored analytical solutions, from ad hoc analyses to recurring reports;
  • Proactively spot improvement areas and anticipate business needs;
  • Contribute to the design and execution of robust analytical frameworks;
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve reporting tools and templates;
  • Ensure data accuracy through strong quality control processes;
  • Support optimization of data flows, processes, and governante;
  • Identify and implement automation or outsourcing opportunities;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop business cases and model scenarios;
  • Evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives and investments;
  • Support additional analytical tasks and ad hoc projects.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience, ideally including consulting exposure;
  • Background in the life sciences industry (medical devices or pharmaceuticals) is highly desirable;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to design and interpret complex analyses;
  • Advanced Excel skills, including building sophisticated models and implementing validation checks;
  • Solid understanding of commercial dynamics and business, drivers;
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outputs;
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all leves;
  • Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, PowerPoint, or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous;
  • Fluency in English.
