Who we want to meet

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with a solid background in Power BI to contribute to Analytics and Business Intelligence projects.

The role will involve data modelling, developing metrics, and implementing reporting solutions across multiple business areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong functional and technical background and be able to interact directly with business users, understand their needs and translate them into scalable, efficient and high-quality analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements in close collaboration with business teams

• Translate functional requirements into effective Power BI dashboards and reports

• Connect Power BI to multiple data sources (cloud and on premises)

• Design, develop, and optimize data models

• Create and maintain metrics and KPIs using DAX

• Implement, publish, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards

• Ensure best practices in performance, usability, security, and governance

• Support the definition and evolution of analytics architecture and centralized datasets

• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Platform teams

Technical Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Power BI, including Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX and Power Query / M

• Solid experience in data modeling, including Star Schema, Fact and Dimension modeling and Data relationships

• Experience integrating data from multiple sources, such as: SQL Server, APIs, Excel / CSV files, Cloud Data Platforms

• Strong SQL knowledge

• Proven experience in dataset and report performance optimization

• Experience of implementing Power BI governance and best practices

Functional & Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills with business users and stakeholders

• Experience of conducting requirements-gathering workshops

• Ability to translate functional needs into practical analytical solutions

• Autonomous, proactive and results-driven profile

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
