Senior Python or/and C++ Engineer

We’re currently looking for a senior Python or/and C++ developer to join a growing engineering team based in Kranj.

The company is developing advanced AI-powered scanning and vision systems for the wood-processing industry, combining software, machine vision and industrial automation into really interesting real-world solutions.

Job Description

C++

• Development of applications for machine vision systems: data acquisition and processing
• Working with color cameras, 3D sensors, and X-ray systems

Python / AI

• Development of applications for object detection and classification in images and 3D models
• Development and implementation of artificial intelligence technologies
• Working with neural networks
• Development of analytical algorithms for data processing

Experience & Skills

• Strong knowledge and experience with C++ and/or Python (knowledge of both is preffered)
• Familiarity and experience with databases (SQL)
• Experience with system architecture and implementation
• Organized and able to work well in a team
• Positive attitude toward work and eagerness to learn and find solutions
