Job Description

You will build the intelligence layer for vehicle fleets, turning fragmented data from fuel, leasing, and maintenance providers into a unified source of truth. As a core engineer, you will architect data models and deploy AI agents that automate financial reconciliation and anomaly detection for fleets managing thousands of vehicles across Europe.

What You Will Do

• Design and evolve a canonical data model capable of standardizing messy, inconsistent real-world inputs like CSVs and fragmented supplier APIs.
• Build and orchestrate AI agents that reason over fleet data to automatically detect billing discrepancies and draft dispute cases for customers.
• Own the product lifecycle end-to-end, shipping features across a stack including Ruby on Rails, React/Next.js, and Python for data orchestration.

• Proven experience building 0→1 products from scratch, with a strong ability to navigate technical ambiguity and unstructured data environments.
• Full-stack proficiency with modern web frameworks; while our stack is Rails/React/Python, we value generalist engineering excellence and outcome-focused shipping.
