Our company is further expanding by setting up a brand-new manufacturing site located in Switzerland. In order to reinforce our HR department in Brügg, we are currently recruiting a motivated colleague for the position as
International HR & Training Assistant 100%
Your responsibilities
HR Training Organisation & Monitoring
- Organize and coordinate internal training sessions (scheduling, logistics, materials, communication)
- Monitor and maintain the initial training program for Swiss and international employees, organize and monitor compliance trainings across regions, administer e-learning platforms
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements, and coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors
Routine HR Administration & Communication Support
- Prepare IT Access Management and other forms, prepare onboarding materials for new hires, send out employee birthday gifts
- Maintain and update evacuation drill lists, track Annual performance review process
- Publish job advertisements and posts on LinkedIn
- Support HR publications and updates on SharePoint (i.e. organizational chart)
- Prepare and distribute HR-related information to our employees
Time & Absence Management
- User and Badge management
- Support HR teams in monthly lock the months and corrections i.e. enter public holidays
- Conduct Mobatime training for new hires
Reception & Event Organisation
- Welcome visitors, assure proper registration and badge
- Ensure phone call reception of main line
- Organize Apéros and employee events and hospitality arrangements for visitors (i.e. hotel bookings)
- Ensures proper handling of HR Invoices, POs and supplier management
Training of Apprentice (1st year)
- Plan apprentice tasks, supervise performance and development.
Your profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in HR and training administration
- Initial experience in HR, training coordination, or administration, ideally in an international or multicultural environment is an advantage
- Experience in train apprentices
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), familiarity with HR systems and e‑learning platforms is beneficial
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Languages: Fluent in English and German or French; additional languages are a plus
