Deine Aufgaben – Was dich erwartet

In deiner Rolle als Agile Coach/Scrum Master (m/w/*) arbeitest du eng mit Teams, Führungskräften und Organisationen zusammen. Gemeinsam sorgt ihr dafür, dass agile Arbeitsweisen nicht nur eingeführt, sondern auch gelebt werden:

• Du unterstützt Teams bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung agiler Frameworks wie SAFe®.
• Du planst und moderierst Workshops, Retrospektiven und Trainings, um das agile Mindset zu stärken.
• Du förderst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Organisationseinheiten und sorgst für eine offene Kommunikationskultur.
• Du coachst Teams und Führungskräfte individuell und befähigst sie, eigenverantwortlich zu agieren.
• Du gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Strukturen mit – intern wie extern.

Du wirst in abwechslungsreichen Projekten für Industrie- und Technologieunternehmen im Mittelstand und Konzernumfeld bei der Produkt- und Softwareentwicklung sowie im Change-Management mit Führungs-, Team- und Organisationsentwicklung tätig sein.

Wenn du noch keine oder erst wenig Berufserfahrung hast, dann lernst du bei uns:

• Einsatz moderner Tools (z. B. Jira™, Confluence, Miro) und agiler Techniken.
• Moderation und Coaching von Teams in verschiedenen Branchen.
• Aufbau eines agilen Mindsets in Organisationen.

Wenn du schon Erfahrung gesammelt hast, dann bringst du Folgendes bei uns ein:

• Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten in agilen Projekten.
• Vertiefte Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden und Frameworks wie Scrum, SAFe® oder Kanban.
• Unterstützung von Teams bei ihrer langfristigen Transformation.

Dein Profil – Das bringst du mit

Wir suchen motivierte Talente, die Lust haben, die agile Welt zu entdecken oder ihre ersten Erfahrungen weiter auszubauen:

• Idealerweise bringst du erste praktische Erfahrung als Agile Coach in einer (skaliert) agilen Umgebung mit – entweder aus dem Studium, Praktika oder der Berufspraxis.
• Du bist kommunikativ, empathisch und hast Spaß daran, Menschen zu inspirieren und zu fördern.
• Du verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und traust dich, neue Herausforderungen anzunehmen.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse erleichtern dir die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams.
• Erfahrungen mit Tools wie Jira oder Miro sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss – wir bringen dir alles bei, was du für deinen Erfolg brauchst!

Wichtig: Auch ohne einschlägige Berufserfahrung kannst du dich bewerben. Mit unserem Training on the Job und gezielten Weiterbildungen machen wir dich fit für diese Rolle.

Your responsibilities – What to expect

In your role as Agile Coach/Scrum Master (m/f/*), you will work closely with teams, leaders, and organisations, ensuring agile practices are not only introduced but also truly embraced:

• Support teams in implementing and evolving agile frameworks like SAFe®.
• Plan and facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and training sessions to strengthen the agile mindset.
• Foster collaboration across organisational units and ensure open communication.
• Individually coach teams and leaders, empowering them to act independently.
• Actively contribute to the further development of processes and structures – both internally and externally.

You will work on diverse projects for industrial and technology companies, focusing on product and software development as well as change management, along with leadership, team, and organisational development.

If you are new to the field or have little experience, you will learn:

• How to use modern tools (e.g. Jira™, Confluence, Miro) and agile techniques.
• Moderation and coaching of teams in various industries.
• Building an agile mindset within organisations.

If you already have experience, you will contribute:

• Independent work on agile projects.
• In-depth knowledge of agile methods and frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe®, or Kanban.
• Supporting teams in achieving their long-term transformation goals.

Your profile – What you bring to the table

We are looking for motivated talents eager to explore the agile world or expand their initial experience:

• Ideally, you have some practical experience as an Agile Coach in a (scaled) agile environment – whether from studies, internships, or professional roles.
• You are communicative, empathetic, and enjoy inspiring and supporting people.
• You possess quick comprehension skills and are ready to embrace new challenges.
• Strong English skills enable effective collaboration with international teams.
• Experience with tools like Jira or Miro is a plus but not mandatory – we will provide you with the necessary training to succeed!
