Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Manager – IT & Digital Operations to lead global IT, Cyber Security, and Digital Operations across our international offices and field operations, with a primary base in our office in Gothenburg, Sweden. This role is responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable technology services supporting office environments, cloud platforms, and field-deployed Geological Scanning and Down-hole Tooling systems worldwide.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT & Digital Operations

• Lead and support a global IT team across Europe, USA, Australia, South Africa, and Chile
• Manage day-to-day IT operations, service delivery, and major incident response
• Define global IT standards, support models, and escalation processes
  
  

Cyber Security

• Own and manage the company’s cyber security posture across office, cloud, and field systems
• Implement and maintain security policies, IAM, endpoint security, and access controls
• Lead security incident response, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation
• Work with Engineering and Cloud teams to ensure security-by-design practices
  
  

Field Systems & Operational Technology

• Support connectivity and IT infrastructure for Geological Scanning and Down-hole Tooling operations
• Manage secure remote access, monitoring, and field system reliability
• Coordinate with Engineering and Field Operations on deployments and operational support
  
  

Infrastructure & Platforms

• Manage end-user hardware, mobile devices, telecoms, and global connectivity
• Oversee Microsoft 365 tenant administration and related digital platforms
• Support platforms including Confluence, Monday.com, and Power Platform
  
  

Software Licensing & Vendor Management

• Manage software licensing, IT assets, renewals, and cost optimisation
• Maintain relationships with IT vendors, telecom providers, and managed service partners
• Ensure vendor performance, SLAs, and compliance requirements are met
  
  

Skills & Experience

• 5–10 years of strong, hands-on experience in IT Operations and Cyber Security
• Experience managing global or multi-site IT environments
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, IAM, endpoint security, and network infrastructure
• Experience supporting operational technology or field-based systems
• Strong vendor, stakeholder, and incident management skills
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  
  

Desirable Experience

• Experience with AWS environments
• Exposure to industrial, geological, or hardware-integrated systems
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar frameworks
• Experience with Power Platform or workflow automation
