Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly hands-on AI builder who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys transforming business problems into practical AI solutions.

This is not a traditional enterprise engineering role focused on long delivery cycles. Instead, you will rapidly prototype agentic AI applications, copilots, reusable workflows, and “skill intelligence” systems that help businesses operationalize knowledge at scale.

You will work directly with business stakeholders and SMEs to capture operational expertise — especially within manufacturing, operations, and enterprise workflows — and convert that knowledge into reusable AI-consumable assets.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical execution with business curiosity, speed, and a pragmatic builder mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Rapidly prototype AI agents, copilots, and workflow-driven applications
• Build reusable AI skills, prompts, workflows, and orchestration components
• Convert business and operational knowledge into structured “skill intelligence” artifacts consumable by AI agents
• Collaborate directly with SMEs, operations teams, and business stakeholders to understand workflows and automate high-value processes
• Design lightweight reusable architectures for scalable AI experimentation and deployment
• Reuse and adapt prompts, workflows, and orchestration patterns across multiple enterprise use cases
• Build modular AI-enabled solutions using modern agentic AI frameworks and APIs
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI agent frameworks, orchestration platforms, and automation tooling
• Operate independently in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments with high ownership

Required Experience

• Strong hands-on experience building AI agents, copilots, or AI workflow automation solutions
• Experience rapidly prototyping AI applications, MVPs, or proof-of-concepts
• Strong understanding of modern agentic AI frameworks such as:
• LangChain
• LangGraph
• CrewAI
• AutoGen
• OpenAI APIs
• Anthropic Claude
• MCP / Model Context Protocol architectures
• Experience with prompt engineering, orchestration workflows, and reusable AI component design
• Strong Python and API integration experience
• Ability to work directly with business users and translate operational processes into AI-enabled workflows
• Comfortable working independently with evolving requirements

Nice to Have

• Manufacturing, operations, industrial, or supply chain domain experience
• Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge retrieval systems
• Experience designing reusable AI skill libraries or internal AI platforms
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Startup, innovation lab, or incubator experience
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration, AI governance, or observability frameworks
